At the age of 22 I started my education working in a medium development group in Clapham spiritualist church situated in south London. Much of the education I received in those early days can be attributed to the president of the church who at that time was Blanche Tilling. During this period I attended many different lectures and took part in groups that taught the philosophy of mediumship and so on according to the Spiritual Nationalist Union’s (SNU) educational guidelines.

In 1982 I began to be examined by the education board of the SNU (East London district) as a speaker and demonstrator (i.e. medium) and was subsequently awarded a certificate of education as a speaker and demonstrator in 1985. The education programme offered by the SNU is of a very high standard and in many circles they are considered to be front-runners in education globally.

As you will note from the photo state copy taken from the 1991 diary that was compiled in 1990 you will find my name listed as having been awarded as a speaker and a demonstrator.
